We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Annmariegiannigift. If something is not right, this page explains exactly how returns and refunds work.
Return window. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Two types of returns. We handle returns differently depending on the reason:
Change of mind (remorse). If you decide the item is not what you wanted, you may return it provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is free. No restocking fee applies. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.
Defective or damaged item. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a description and, where possible, photographs. We will cover all return costs and issue a full refund or replacement, at your choice, once the return is received.
How to start a return. Email info@annmariegiannigift.my with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with a return authorization and instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Refund timing. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.
Conditions. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to decline a refund if an item shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components. This does not affect your rights for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
